PREFACE
NHRP Forum is a living document, an instrument which makes the Human Rights, Civil Rights, Anti-Corruption and Crime control organization system work. Its flexibility lies in its amendments. In this edition, the text of the organization of NHRP Forum has been brought up-to-date by incorporating there in all amendments made by Board up to and including the NHRP Forum. The Constitution applies to the India with the adoption of the Local Government Law, and the respect and dignity of the Constitution of the Country. The Board may consist further Amendment wherever require for Upgrade the requirement of the people, for the people, by the people of the country.

WE PROTECT
protection of human rights
It prohibits arbitrary deprivation of life; torture, cruel or degrading treatment or punishment; slavery and forced labour; arbitrary arrest or detention; arbitrary interference with privacy; war propaganda; discrimination; and advocacy of racial or religious hatred.
protection of women rights (wpf)
The Act is aimed at providing protection to wife or female live-in partner from violence at the hands of the husband or male live-in partner or his relatives.
protection of child rights
An Act to provide for the constitution of a National Commission and State Commissions for Protection of Child Rights and Children's Courts for providing speedy trial of offences against children or of violation of child rights and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
protection of consumer acts
Its purposes to protect consumers against defective goods, unsatisfactory services, unfair trade practices, etc. The Act provides for three-tier machinery consisting of District Forum, State Commission and National Commission.
